Who we are

National Association for Smart City Developers and Aggregators (NASDA) is the premium body of all stakeholders who contribute in the development of Smart Cities in the country. ‘SMART’ is a term to be seriously considered as an acronym. It refers to Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound. The immovable asset which is land is the basic ingredient and the foundation to build ‘SMART’. NASDA has identified the other factors and verticals to optimize the available resources with introduction of Technologies in Construction, Materials Procurement, Manufacturing Processes, Supply Chain for availability of products and services, Marketing of finished product and all this with a spirit of Nation Building.

Patronage

NASDA shall be covering the domains of Smart Cities, Technologies, Skill Development and Education, therefore, support from related Ministries shall be sought, namely, Ministry of Urban Affairs, Ministry of Eletronics and Information Terchnology, Ministry of Skill Develoment and Entrepreneurship and Ministry of Education, all Ministries of the Government of India, to be the Partners for implementation of various Government initiatives.

Parent Organization

While working in the habitat of Technology, it was felt that no sector shall remain untouched and that the rate at which new techniques and processes are getting innovated, they shall overtake the conventional way of doing business. This thought was enough to gauge into the future and the sector which caters the most for any business from any sector was identified as the Realty Sector and Smart Cities in particular. That is how, NASDA (National Association of Smart City Developers and Aggregators) was conceptualized by AICRA (All India Council for Robotics and Automation). The Members of AICRA’s Technology Governance Steering Committee in Smart Cities are the Advisory Board Members of NASDA.

Future of Tech Driven Realty Development

There is a huge impact of digitalization and technology tools, namely, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Realty, Visual Realty, 3D Printing, Big Data and Analytics, in the Realty Sector. Initially, the Realty Sector had been slow to leverage technology, but now there is an exponential growth and an abject demand for AR – VR, Machine Learning, IOT and Artificial Intelligence. This has augmented the scale of businesses and widened the area of sales.
